DESCRIPTION
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prepare, draft, negotiate and administer IT-related agreements, including commercial, federal, state and local government contracts. Agreements include statements of work, consulting agreements, reseller agreements, nondisclosure agreements, GSA orders, and purchase orders. Assure that appropriate subcontractor documents and contracts are implemented and renegotiate and amend existing contracts.
Negotiate with principals of customer and vendor accounts; interface with customers and internal sales personnel. Monitor contracts to ensure conformance to contractual terms and are in accordance with legal requirements.
Support the RFP process by reviewing proposal documents and providing advice. Review and revise bid documents to ensure compliance with proposals.

REQUIREMENTS
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- 4 year degree in a related field, J.D. a plus;
- Two plus years contract experience;
- Solid understanding of the IT industry. Exposure to federal acquisition regulations a plus;
- Experience with contract negotiation and drafting and the proposal and bid process; and
- Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
