DESCRIPTION

Attorney will draft and negotiate commercial transactions, including software and hardware licensing, and provide legal advice to internal clients in the following areas:  licensing and services transactions, government contracts, vendor contracts, channel and partner agreements, NDAs, employment and intellectual property. Counsel will further supervise outside counsel and assist with developing template agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

• JD and Bar Membership, with strong academic background;
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with in-house experience preferred;
• Government contracts experience a plus;
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail; and
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
