|
|
The Assistant Corporate Compliance Officer will assist in the design, implementation and management of all compliance programs, both at the corporate and business unit level for the company and its subsidiaries and will interact with the company’s various compliance officers.
|

REQUIREMENTS |
 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
-
BS/BA degree in Business or related field;
-
5 to 7 years experience handling regulatory compliance matters, particularly in the insurance industry;
Extensive knowledge in both life and health insurance and property and casualty insurance is preferred;
-
Former interaction with state insurance departments, the SEC and FINRA is preferred;
-
Experience in designing and implementing compliance programs is a plus; and
-
Candidate must have strong project management experience and excellent communication skills.
