|
|
|
The Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of all legal and regulatory compliance matters affecting the Property and Casualty insurance operations functions including but not limited to rate and form filing, agent licensing, underwriting and claims.
The responsibilities will include providing oversight and guidance for the review of company products for compliance with states’ unit statistical procedures and managing the preparation of company unit statistical reports for submission. Additional responsibilities include interaction with state and federal insurance regulators, implementation of new laws and regulations within the various business units, fraud reporting, complaint tracking, approval of advertising material and compliance-related project management.

REQUIREMENTS |

|

|
|
|
|
-
BA or MA degree in Business or related field;
-
JD from an accredited law school preferred;
-
7 to 10 years experience handling regulatory compliance matters, particularly in the insurance industry;
-
Prior insurance product experience should include professional liability, commercial property and casualty, and worker compensation insurance lines;
-
Staff and project management experience is preferred.
