Associate General Counsel will provide advice, particularly to the Finance Department, regarding the corporation's legal rights and obligations relative to a variety of laws and regulations. This position is responsible for drafting, negotiation, interpreting and assisting with resolution of commercial agreements and will work closely with and report to the Managing Deputy General Counsel of Corporate Affairs.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar;
• Demonstrated professional legal experience in a corporation or law firm;
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, with particular knowledge in the area of corporate finance;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and
• Ability to handle quick turnarounds and work effectively with diverse in-house clients.
