Firm Advice - Legal Employment & Staffing Positions-Virginia DC and Maryland

Firm Advice works extensively with corporations and associations as well as law firms. Since the majority of the positions we have available are in-house, our clients typically ask us to identify for them attorneys who have experience, and frequently, expertise, in one or more practice areas. Compensation is based on attorney's experience and the client's needs.

When our clients are in need of temporary assistance, they frequently need the attorney very quickly, even the day or next day they call. We fill many of our job positions with attorneys with whom we regularly work, before we can post the position on our website. Since we will send to our clients only attorneys we have already screened, it is important for us to have your resume, even if we do not have a current opening that fits your skills and qualifications. Once we receive your resume, if we believe we can place you in the near future, we will meet with you to discuss options. We will not waste your, or our, time by asking you to meet with us if we don’t think we can assist you.

Position VA346: In-house Counsel (5 plus years): A telecommunications company in Reston, VA has an opening in its legal department. The ideal candidate for the position will have experience with telecom regulatory matters, commercial contracts and state, local and municipal government contracts.

Maryland

Position MD291: Corporate Counsel (5 to 10 years): The Hunt Valley, MD location of an international chemical company is in need of a Corporate Counsel to provide legal advice, services, and counseling in contract and procurement specialized matters.

Position MD294: Real Estate Attorney (5 to 10 years): Real estate development company in Bethesda, MD has an immediate need for an in-house attorney to handle real estate transactions.

Position MD295: Program Manager (5 plus years): Government contractor in Lanham, MD has an immediate need for a Program Manager with government contracts and HR experience.
