Firm Advice works extensively with corporations and associations as well as law firms. Since the majority of the positions we have available are in-house, our clients typically ask us to identify for them legal professionals who have experience, and frequently, expertise, in one or more practice areas. Compensation is based on candidate's experience and the client's needs.
When our clients are in need of temporary assistance, they frequently need the legal professional very quickly, even the day or next day they call. We fill many of our job positions with candidates with whom we regularly work, before we can post the position on our website. Since we will send to our clients only candidates we have already screened, it is important for us to have your resume, even if we do not have a current opening that fits your skills and qualifications. Once we receive your resume, if we believe we can place you in the near future, we will meet with you to discuss options. We will not waste your, or our, time by asking you to meet with us if we don’t think we can assist you.
