Candidate selected will:
- Analyze, structure and negotiate real estate transactions;
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure transactions are complete, including tracking down loose ends, ensuring signature blocks are complete;
- Keep in-house counsel apprised of status of transactions; and
|

REQUIREMENTS |
 |

|
|
|
|
- JD from accredited law school; member in good standing of a bar of the U.S.;
- Five to ten years combined law firm/in-house real estate transactional experience; big firm experience preferred;
- Experience representing clients in the hospitality industry preferred;
- Ability to effectively manage outside counsel;
- Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks; and
- Candidate must be willing to commit to working for a period of six months.
